These Terms and Conditions of Purchase, hereinafter TCP, are established to regulate the commercial relationship between LA NUEVA CARNE and the User or Customer with regard to purchases made through the form provided by LANUEVACARNE on its website.

Making a purchase through the website implies express acceptance of these terms and of the terms set out in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy. These terms will be applied without prejudice to the applicable legal regulations on this issue, which may be modified without prior notice.
Any documents issued to customers will be written in Spanish.


1 -Range of products and price reference.

6- Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal, in certain cases, grants the user the power to terminate a contract that was entered into remotely without the requirement to justify this decision and without incurring penalties of any kind.
The period within which the general right of withdrawal may be exercised is 14 calendar days, and this will not be subject to any further formalities. In all cases, the right of withdrawal will be considered as appropriately exercised when a withdrawal document is submitted or when the products received are returned within the period established by law.
With regard to subscriptions to daily newspapers, publications or magazines, as per article 103 of the Consolidated Draft of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised because this scenario constitutes an exception to said right, except with regard to subscription contracts specifically aimed at the provision of said publications to which it is fully applicable.
